Job Description
Position Title: Window Washing Technician Reports to: Kent Owens, Owner
I. Job Duties
Overall Responsibility: Satisfy Peach State Window Cleaning and customers standards at various cleaning tasks assigned each week while working
virtually unsupervised.
Key tasks and Responsibilities: Clean windows at assigned accounts, collect and account for payments of services, be aware of and solicit new businesses or existing business in need of window cleaning service.
II. Skills and attributes
Skills: Strong organizational skills, Strong oral and spoken communication skills. Ideally candidate should possess ability to use manual tools and have a high degree of manual dexterity. This person should also have good math skills in order to account for payments collected.
Attributes: Candidate should be personable and friendly in order to build rapport with management at individual accounts and be in excellent health. Ability to plan and use time strategically and work well in a non-structured, entrepreneurial environment. Perseverance is needed to avoid
the potential for frustration while you train.
III. Experience and credentials
Preference shall be shown those who have demonstrated stable work history and the ability to work with manual tools. A valid driver’s license is also
required. You will be using your own vehicle. So it is also of great benefit to have a car that is fuel efficient.
IV. Compensation
Training: While training you will be compensated at the rate of $8/hr. Training lasts for 3-6 hours.
Typical Results: Individual shall be considered a subcontractor, (no withheld taxes and no company benefits of any kind) and shall be compensated
solely on production. Immediately after training most individuals will earn $10-$12/hr. Within two weeks you typically will earn $15-$20/hr.
